Karwai Tang Kim Kardashian made her debut appearance at The BRIT awards yesterday to present Sam Smith with Global Success award.
Kim Kardashian was asked to introduce her husband, Kanye West, ahead of his
performance of his new song, All Day.

bodysuit by Julien MacDonald .
Kanye West had been revealed as the last- minute addition to the BRITs after Rihanna pulled out early on
