In a just released promo clip for Spike TV's Lip Sync Battle , premiering tonight at 10 p.m., Bieber channels Ozzy Osbourne with performing the rock legend's 1980 hit "Crazy Train." With a black wig, a leather trench coat and heavy eyeliner, Bieber looks a lot like the 66-year- old music legend.
